What is OPTD?

An application that has been developed to help track parole prisoners for limited periods of time. The software solution provides comprehensive data on all released prisoners together with statistics and report on each individual.

How it works?

The prisoner is fitted with a GPS tracked device when leaving the prison and is assigned a perimeter or area of freedom. Any break of the perimeter or attempt of removing the device, or going in an area where the signal is lost alerts the authorities to the prisoner's last known location.
