What is AFM – photovoltaic panels

The IT system is a collaborative Portal that is used by all installers validated in the program, as well as by AFM employees involved in the implementation of this program.

Where to use it?

To manage the activities of registration of applicants, reservation of funding, approval of applicants, resolution of appeals, registration of technical approvals and conclusion of grant agreements with beneficiaries under the Program regarding the installation of photovoltaic panel systems for the production of electricity, in order to cover the necessary consumption and delivery of the surplus in the national network in accordance with the provisions of the Order of the Ministry of Environment no. 1,287 of December 5, 2018 for the approval of the Financing Guide of the Program on the installation of photovoltaic panel systems for electricity production, in order to cover the consumption needs and the delivery of the surplus in the national network, with subsequent amendments and completions.

Why use it?

Through the IT system, AFM employees can verify, analyze and approve the submitted financing documents, as well as the submitted appeals, verify, analyze and approve the documents prior to signing the financing contracts with the program beneficiaries, monitor the signing of the financing contracts.
