What is ARB Portal
Information System for the secure exchange of documents signed with a qualified digital certificate between the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) and Third Part Institutions in Romania, represented by the banking institutions that carry out their activity on the Romanian territory - the Romanian Association of Banks.
Where to use it?
It is currently used within the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) and facilitates the secure exchange of information between DIICOT and different bank institutions.
Why use it?
In order to ensure confidentiality, security, access control and monitoring access to data, the software solution provided implements security policies in a uniform and centralized manner, which restricts access depending on the types of users. The information transmitted through the system is protected against threats in all identifiable situations. Automatically applied procedures and policies have been implemented to ensure authentication and authorization of access to the system. A single interface is used to manage users and security policies. Ensuring access control in the system and authorizing the use of resources from the systems is based on the user profile.
