ISE - Integrated System for the Environment

A software system that ensures a permanent, continuous and transparent connection between the economic operators (that are obliged to report data concerning the waste management) and the National Environment Protection Agency.

Modules

- Wrapper waste management

It deals with the wrapper waste of all producers, collectors and recycler's in Romania. It is possible to export all forms in PDF or excel views. - Battery and Accumulators management It deals with the battery and storage battery waste of all producers, collectors and recycler's in Romania. The application also consists of a battery producer's registry, where they receive a production permit once a year. It is possible to export all forms in PDF or excel views. - Electrical and electronic waste management

It deals with the Electric and Electronic device waste of all producers, collectors and recycler's in Romania. The application also consists of an electric and electronic device producer's registry, where they receive a production permit once a year. It is possible to export all forms in PDF or excel views. - Out of use vehicle management

It deals with the battery and storage battery waste of all producers, collectors and recycler's in Romania. The application also consists of a battery producer's registry, where they receive a production permit once a year. It is possible to export all forms in PDF or excel views.

- Waste transport management

The application is split into four modules:

- External dangerous transports: Deals with the transports or received from outside the country, either from the EU or from outside its borders. The application offers possibilities of interaction with the National Emergency Services, the Border Guard Agency and the necessary authorities for each passing county. It offers tracking possibility's for each individual transport, with the planned and actual transports. - External non-dangerous transports: Consists of tracking the transports that enter Romania, or are sent outside its borders. The application offers tracking capabilities for each transport, from the moment it leaves the sender's yard, until it passes the borders, or alternatively, from the entry in the country, until the final destination of the recycling yards. - Internal dangerous transports: All internal dangerous transports are logged here, from creation of the transport form, through each individual cargo transport until the completion of the entire load. The internal transport module offers the possibility to contact the necessary authorities, to send and receive documents and transport approval. - Internal non-dangerous transports: Internal, non-dangerous waste transports are stored here, with possibilities of viewing and tracking each individual transport. - Transformers containing PCB/PCT management

Given the EU legislation to eliminate all devices containing PCB, the application deals with monitoring the owners of such devices and their recycling plans. It is possible to view a detailing history of each unit's circuit, from entrance into Romania to its ultimate export or recycling.

- Oil waste management It deals with the oil waste of all producers, importers, collectors and recycler's in Romania. The application offers comprehensive end-year reports for the ministry and European Union. It is possible to export all forms in PDF or excel views.

- Waste statistics

Web-based application for the Minister of Environment in Romania. It deals with the storage in the database, and managing, of toxic and non-toxic waste from all Romanian companies. It enables the inspectors, to make waste reports, send them to companies, and add them in special forms and issue warnings. The application exports to Excel and PDF the questionnaires and the reporting forms.
