The Single National Emergency Call System (SNUAU) serves exclusively the citizen, ensuring at the same time the decisional support for the authorities responsible for the management of the emergency situations.
From a technical point of view, SNUAU is an integrated system of applications, equipment and communication networks and information technology, which represents the unique access interface of the citizen to the specialised intervention agencies that ensure the adequate response to the signaled urgency.
