Integrated Information System for Activity Management (SIIMA)
Project funded by UEFISCDI and implemented by GREENSOFT SRL in partnership with I.C.I Bucharest, Polytechnic University of Bucharest, National Defense University, and SafeTech Innovations SRL (project code PN-III-P2-2.1-SOL-2017-09-0102).
The total value of the project was 9,153,697.00 lei (8,000,000.00 lei – State Budget and 1,153,697.00 lei – co-financing), of which the allocated budget for GREENSOFT SRL was 4,704,168 lei. The project had an implementation period of 36 months and involved 22 experts.
Description: SIIMA ensures the management of information, resources, and activities of public institutions through functional software modules and open-source applications. The Integrated Information System ensures the fluidity of information flow, improvement of resource management, and inter-institutional interoperability by providing a versatile, secure, and resilient solution that can be customized according to the specific requirements of entities within the National System of Defense, Public Order, and Safety (SNAOPS). SIIMA is based on open-source solutions and functional specialization of software modules, aiming at conceptual separation to reduce complexity.
